Innosilicon A4+ LTCMaster has just been released at 620Mhs @ 750W and is a direct rival to Bitmain’s L3+
Compared to the Bitmain L3+ I don’t think its a great deal.

Based on these figures it would take several months to pay off the LTCMaster with the extra cost for the extra MH/s. The reduction of 50w reduces the power bill by about $10 a month so not a great saving
The extra 120Mhs will produce (as of Sept 20th 2017) 1LTC in 2 weeks. this is the part that pays off the extra $1160 in purchase price and that’s going to take some time
At this time I think the Bitmain is still the best option
